This report checks the history of individuals (e.g. customers) to identify any financial issues that could affect their ability to meet financial commitments. Specifically the report will identify:- County Court Judgments (CCJs) or Court Decrees for the last 6 years with financial values awarded, the date the award was made and the court reference.
- Details of any Debt Management orders found.
- Any details of Bankruptcy or Sequestrations against the tenant over the last 6 years.
- Any record of Insolvency filed over the last 6 years.
- Identification of any alias names found.
- Details from the electoral register at the address provided.
- Confirmation of financial accounts found on CAIS linking the consumer with the current address provided.
- Date of Birth checks against Electoral Register and credit databases.
- Verification as to whether the individual has been listed for HM Treasury or OFAC sanctions.
- Overall risk score to help assess the individual's ability to maintain financial repayments.
