Quick house sale

Most of will have experienced situations where a house or flat has been on the market for many months and no offers have been received. Often desperate for a quick house sale we turn to new Estate Agents and internet sites to promote our properties, but the reality is if the market has slowed down there are simply fewer buyers. Even worse still when the property market has falling prices it initially despair and later resignation to the (almost) fact that you are not going to be able to sell your house.

But on the positive side there are some alternative options out there. Lets say for example you are relocating, may even be moving abroad. In such situations you are going to move out of your house whatever happens, the only current alternative to selling is renting the house out - along with the problems that can result from tenants living in "your home". Well, the alternative to this is to find a company that will buy your property from you, often a quick house sale within days (at most weeks). What these companies do is hold onto your house or other property until a buyer can be found. Of course there are costs to them for doing this, and as a result they are going to make an offer that is below the market value for your house. But, it is an option, and it does free up your equity to move on.
