How to buy financial background reports online

From registration to report selection, purchasing and invoicing

STEP 1 - Register (link near the top left of the page)

You will be required to register with the following details:

  1. Your name
  2. Your company name (if you are purchasing on behalf of a company)
  3. Your address
  4. Contact telephone number
  5. Email address
  6. Your chosen password

After entering these details, press submit, and you will be sent a confirmation email confirming your registration.


STEP 2 - Login (link near the top left of the page)

After obtaining the applicant's details and permission to carry out the financial background search you must login.

To login simply enter your email address and your password. If you have forgotten your password you will find an option in the login page to have this resent to your email address.


STEP 3 - Choose the report option required

You will see main categories on the home page for employment and tenant screening. Simply click on the option to get to the required report. For your convenience we have also listed the three main categories here:


STEP 4 - Purchase the report

Once you have selected the required report option, click on "Buy", you will then be presented with the online form to complete where you will need to enter the details of the person to be checked. Please note that every time you purchase you are agreeing to our terms, there is box you will 'tick' to confirm this.

Once you have entered the details and agreed to the terms click on "continue" and you will be presented with the payment page. Here you can choose which payment option you prefer; credit/debit card using Worldpay, or PayPal.

After making the payment you will see a confirmation message displayed. Your report will then be returned to you within the stated service level (normally within one working day).

On completion logout of your account.


STEP 5 - Invoice for your records

The next time you log in you will find a copy of your invoice which can be printed for your records. All invoices will remain in your account for 30 days from date of purchase.
